Lousã
In these 2 days, besides a visit to the remarkable village of Lousã, there will be an opportunity to discover five of the most emblematic villages of the region: Talasnal, Casal Novo, Chiqueiro, Cerdeira e Candal.
Day 1 — Mills and Serranos Route
This trail, which connects the centre of the village of Lousã to the zone of the castle and Nossa Sr.ª da Piedade, takes place in an environment of great beauty covering itself with vegetation on one side and opening on the other for a magnificent view over the hillside of Lousã Mountain. Accompanying the river is a watercourse carrying the water to the old factory of Papel do Prado, which was established in 1716. Here begins the trail that will take us to the villages of Talasnal, Casal Novo and Chiqueiro.
