Montejunto
Montejunto is a mountain of Portugal that is part of the mountainous Montejunto-Estrela system, being the highest natural viewpoint of Extremadura, rising to 666 meters of altitude. This geological structure, which is 15km long and 7km wide, is rich in pit caves, caves, sewage ponds, necropolis and prehistoric fossils.
Being one of the most difficult trails of our suggestions, it is intended for those who like mountain, accentuated slopes and a rough landscape and climate. It is an unpredictable mountain that demands respect. If overcoming limits is your goal, then this is the right trail for you.
